Please read the following terms carefully to understand our practices regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
1. General Return Policy
At DealRush, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
- The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Some items are non-returnable due to their nature or for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to:
- Personal care products (cosmetics, skincare, grooming items)
- Intimate wear and undergarments
- Food and perishable items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

3. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team via email at support@dealrush.onl or use our Return Request Form available on the website. Please mention your Order ID, the reason for return, and attach relevant photos (if the product is damaged or defective).
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping details.
Step 3: Pack the Item Securely
Place the item in its original packaging, ensure all accessories are included, and use a reliable courier service to send it back to the return address provided.
Step 4: Confirmation and Refund
Once we receive the item and it passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
We ensure all items are thoroughly checked before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
You will need to provide:
- Clear photographs or video of the damaged or incorrect item
- The packaging, showing the shipping label
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please:
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Once the return is approved and refunded, place a new order for the desired item.
This policy ensures quicker processing and accurate stock tracking.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, email us at support@dealrush.onl with your order number and request for cancellation.
Please note:
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the item once received (if eligible).
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charge will apply if cancelled before shipment.
7. Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
Refund Methods:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- UPI or Net Banking: 3–5 business days
- Wallets: 1–3 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or wallet credit after confirmation
Please ensure correct banking details are shared for COD refunds to avoid delays.
8. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:
- Check your bank account or payment app again.
- Contact your credit card/bank provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dealrush.onl with your order ID and refund reference.
10. Important Notes
- Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Repeated returns from the same customer may result in refusal of future return requests.
- If a product is returned in an unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct applicable charges.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item passes our inspection.
